RESET / RESHAPE

Social ≠ Distancing

During the pandemic, humanity dispersed into a world of isolation. Physical contact with friends and loved ones became a thing of the past. Even when rare opportunities to meet arose, those interactions drastically differed from what they once were. When loved ones passed, we could not grieve in community; mourning was effectively postponed.

Social ≠ Distancing weaves images of isolation with images of embrace, hope and joy. The imagery on mist evokes an ephemeral quality, triggering a feeling of remembering.

As we attempt to come out of pandemic despondency, these are the positive interactions we look forward to once again. With gratitude, we hope to be able to experience quality, life-affirming interactions. But we should not take this for granted. As we reset and reshape, we must embrace the innate need for connection to one another.
