Hotels for Heroes is a program established through a partnership of the Hawai‘i Lodging and Tourism Association, Hawai‘i Tourism Authority, and the Hawai‘i Visitors and Convention Bureau. It provides hotel rooms for COVID-19 first responders, mostly nurses and doctors. The program is expected to run from April 6 through May 3. Thirty-five hotels across the state have joined Hotels for Heroes.
